gripefest
Why is it that bad stuff comes all at once? This week we've had one bout of the stomach flu (both ends), one bout of diarhhea, 3 head colds, a cancelled summer course and a cancelled fall course (meaning Jon has to further put on hold his dreams of finishing his BA), a water leak, AND a broken sump pump. AGGGGGGGGG!!! We're going to have to pay a plumber and probably install new carpet in the basement. Again I said, AGGGGGGGGG!!!

Awww - I feel so bad for you guys! That sucks! The joys of home ownership, hey?
Oh no! That's terrible! On a bright side, at least you can pick out what ever kind of carpet you want. Too soon, no bright side yet?
looks like we're going to be able to dry it out, thankfully. We were dumb and got a $1000 deductible which is pretty useless when insurance doesn't cover stuff like $1000 plumbers!!
